It reality it is not, hop out the bed running to the bathroom to wash my face, brush my teeth and comb my air back into the worse pony tail imaginable. Then Off to slip on this p. T. Uniform to not only rush out the door and get to the bridge before it is blocked up by heavy morning traffic for all of those who knows 061 5 comes around in the morning when rushing for opt. We all know impression management peoples efforts to control the impressions that others receive of them falls heavy when we try to look good for other people so they will not judge in a certain way. Society as we know to be as a group of different individuals combines together to form something more than just one group, r people who share a culture and a territory has shared a lot of common ground in the military. We eat, breathe, and sleep the same patterns almost. We walk around knowing what to look for in a person, actually judging them and not even knowing it. Checking myself over and over again to ensure have on a belt, my socks are pulled over my ankles, and the most important is my pony tail. It gets me every time. Shortly after opt. Ends rushing back home to change into y uniform, my heart speeds up every second that goes by, it is like I can hear it ticking away. Living 15 minutes or so from base does not seem that far until being pushed for time and looking at the traffic speeds it up. After making it home to change and grab a bite to eat, starting the day really kicks into gear. In psychology terms, taking the roles of others is defines as putting yourself in someone elses shoes; understanding how someone else feels and thinks, so you anticipate how that person will act in which in this case I do every morning. Walking up to several people in my company I see their sections to almost the exact point it will happen. I have the tendency to replace them with me and take on some of the burden. Every day is nothing new, but the commander feels it is necessary to single out a few people to ease his emotions he carry. It is very obvious things are not right at home or work for him so he used his little power to make others feel the same. Push everyone he yells out, to see the reaction of the company, but in a way it is only hardship. The second he calls pushup he point his finger in a single direction with his eyes closed and walks up to the first person his finger touches and says. L touched you, know you touch two and go to work, seriously! It is not worth it to me, because he intentionally touches the same person every other day. So as team player the collaboration of two or more people to manage impressions jointly start the train to push so we look like heroes instead of zeroes in the commanders book. Dealing with his self- inflicted issues brings drama to the unit, and mood swings come flying throughout the entire day. Many of us, including myself deal with emotional labor at work, which is the effort that you exert to separate yourself from a situation in order to get your work done. I am pretty sure everyone in their life time has dealt with something that caused them to separate themselves from a crowd of people or maybe just a handful of people to prove that to themselves they need to be away from all negative vibes around them. I myself prefer to work alone in a quite environment with no distractions. Some people do not understand the values the standards by which people define what is desirable or undesirable, good or bad, beautiful or ugly, that is set in place. Some things are better off left alone then edged on, and I see if my daily habits that I react to all of these emotions that I have built up inside f me, for the simple reason of people are not respectable enough to know or understand what is being said to ease the situation. We all come from different cultures of course, and understanding ones culture is the most important. When a person thinks of culture they think worship, and day to day living when its more than that. Culture is actually defined as the language, beliefs, values, norms, behaviors, and even material objects that characterize a group and are passed from one generation to the next. On a day to day basis working with different people, I get involved into different rooms, some of us have to come out of the norm and get reevaluated to see somethings that we are not accustomed to. I get so caught up into my personal feelings and emotions and forget that this is work, but work is my life. My husband likes to tell me, no youre wrong, work is work, and my life is my life. I need to learn how to turn them off and work on myself and my family because have gotten so caught up on taking care of work and the things that comes with it, and I lack family needs. Which I understand him to be true, I have accommodated my family, which means The process of accommodation involves altering ones existing schemas, or ideas, as a result of new information or new experiences. I change up my ways in such a way to make them feel that I am still here, love and care for them the same, when in real ¶y my mind is in another place. I am so focused on making my job like me and appreciate the things do, I fall short of accommodating my own. I have deviated away from the ones who I really need to be there for, before am left all alone with no one there to care for. Looking at my life in the realm it is clear that my job is my main focus, it is everything to me. When in fact my job is nothing to me. I get up every morning, rushing to work, not once, but twice a day to ensure that I am promptly there on time, no flaws. Then later on rushing home to bring my family a meal, ensure the house is intact the girls are ready for bed then off to bed I go again with my husband looking at me as if I have never heard a word that he spoke to me. This is wrong. My indentations are all jacked up, I need to start focusing more on my family, and myself before I end up face down on the floor with no life left in me. I give everything have from sun up to sun down. Some of my daily habits need to change up to accommodate myself and my family and not just y job. The only thing do on a real note is bring forth conflict into my home, when that is the last place conflict should be. Thank god for my husband because he really do ensures do no overwhelm myself with work to much or even bring it home constantly because our girls need me to attend to them as well. At times even neglect my own work studies, and cram everything in at one time, to ensure it is turned in. Or I do it and fall asleep in the process. Have driven myself to be on medication, because I suffer from a very serious state of Insomnia, daily migraines, and PETS. None of this is good for my lath, knowing have kids and a husband, need to look at my life in a different manner to get better for them and myself. Life as know it is hard, I smile when do not know what else to do to keep people from seeing me hurt or upset. Maintain a fake life in public and depressed life at home. Walking into the doors I can see my burden being put onto my family, and they make me laugh to overcome it. A walk in my shoes is no easy task. I look at life so different, but do not get it. On the other hand transformational leadership functions through the notions of motivating and stimulating the co-workers, in order to create a completely different perspective on the organizational objectives, foster an atmosphere where the employees are motivated to achieve higher levels of capability, while inspiring the employees to put team interests before personal interests. Thus, transformational leadership functions of four basic pillars: intellectual incentive, edified influence, inspirational motivation, and consideration for each individual employee (ibid). From the conducted literature review it is evident that from that various studies on the results of effective leadership it is seen that the transformational form of leadership achieves better performance as a team (Keller, 1995), greater effectiveness and reparation (Hater & Bass, 1988), and better efforts from the junior employees (Seltzer & Bass, 1990). In this context, the researchers have also contended that to achieve effective form of leadership with positive outcomes for the entire organization, the aspect of transformational leadership must be combined with emotional and social forms of intelligence (Mandell and Pherwani, 2003).

Biogas is a renewable source of wind and solar energy.   For the production of biogas to occur, the sewage undergoes a process known as anaerobic digestion.   In this process, anaerobic bacteria are used to break down the waste materials. The biogas produced is mainly carbon dioxide, methane, and small amounts hydrogen sulfide. Gases produced hydrogen; methane and carbon monoxide oxygen oxidize them to allow a release of biogas used as fuel.

Several systems have been developed for helping visually impaired people to use the city bus. Most systems provide dual-way communication and require costly and complex equipments. The purpose of this study is to reduce the difficulties faced by visually impaired people while boarding in city buses, using an interactive wireless communication system. The system comprised a user module and a bus module to provide a direct one-to-one connection to reduce the difficulties due to many-to-many communication. When the user triggers the switch, the user module immediately sends out the information. If the bus module receives the matched signal, it buzzes and the warning LED flashes to notify the bus driver that someone is waiting to board on the bus. The interactive wireless communication aid system is a valid and low-cost device for assisting visually impaired people to use city buses. Supporting visually impaired people to use the public transport can increase their chances of education and employment and reduces the financial burden on their families. In most physical environments, the visually impaired people have difficulty in accessing information about bus stops, terminals, vehicles, schedules, maps, and directories, which prevent them from using the public transport effectively. Knowing the location of the bus stop and the time when the bus arrives are the difficulties faced by the visually impaired people. Some position navigation systems have been developed to solve the problem of locating bus stops. Advanced public transportation services (APTS), including bus dynamic information display method with the Global Positioning System (GPS) technology, have been developed by many countries. APTS [1] helps with the bus-stop voice reporting systems to provide more information for visually impaired people about the arrival of the bus which they want to board. Some APTS combined special handling devices were designed to provide dynamic information for visually impaired people. In Taiwan, the Taipei city government utilized an experimental system named broadcasting bus, that announces the bus number upon arriving at the bus terminal, to serve the visually impaired in 2002. The APTS named e-bus system started to be deployed in Taipei city since 2005 [3]. Using these technologies the number and the waiting time of the buses were shown on the light-emitting diode (LED) screen at the smart bus stops using GPRS facility. Only 20 percent of bus stops are planned to build. A survey of 400 passengers in 1998 revealed that the smart bus stops are not sufficient when equipped only with the voice reporting system because the voice information confused when many buses approached the sam e terminal at the same time which was a disadvantage of using many-to-many communication. The APTS with bus-stop voice reporting system and handheld devices might not provide a solution to this important issue. A survey showed that it would be very helpful if somebody could alert bus drivers about their boarding on buses. Various systems have been developed for visually impaired to communicate with bus drivers. Mehra et al. developed a user-triggered bus identification system in 2010. The user could select a particular bus and send signals by user module, and then a small LED starts flickering in the drivers control panel. The system offered only one-way communication. Bischof et al.developed a wireless local area network (WLAN) communication system named NAVCOM. The authors proposed that blind people need a feedback to make sure whether the bus drivers get the original message. Another bus identification system designed by El Alamy et al. involves a bus station controller to identify users and send signals to buses with radio frequency. This system will say the information of the bus number when there is a 2-meter distance between the bus and the bus station. In Taipei, bus drivers are forced to leave the bus stop as soon as possible because most time several buses arrive at the same bus stop simultaneously. Visually impaired people are often ignored at bus stops if no one informs bus drivers about waiting passengers [2]. The aim of the present study is to reduce the difficulties faced by visually impaired people while taking buses with interactive wireless communication design. The interactive feedback system allow visually impaired people and bus drivers to receive the transmitted signals from each other and improve the success rate of boarding correct buses [4]. Project moto The moto of our project is to help the visually impaired people to transport easily and also we added some extra features through which the deaf could also be benefited in bus transport. So our project is like a knife which is sharp at both the ends and is going to help the people in two ways. Adults also can know which bus is going to arrive at that moment. So all the people in the society can use this system. We are very interested in doing such a project for our society. There are two modules user module and bus module. The user module will be handled by the user or it can also be placed as common in the bus stop also, so that all the people can use it and then if it is handled by single user alone then he or she can only use it. The bus module is fixed in the place where the driver can notice it. Hardware design For the development of our project, we use two modules. One at the bus driver-bus module One at the passenger-user module Here we are using both transmitter and receiver at both the module. The process, here is that the passenger waiting at the bus stop should switch on the passenger module, it sends out the signal, that signal is received at the receiver of the bus module. Then automatically the alarm sound will be produced and then the LCD will display that there is a passenger is waiting at the nearby bus stop, and then an LED will be glowing there. There are many components that are used for this process. Two types of ICs are used one is coding IC and the other is decoding IC. Fig. 1: Intel Galileo Gen-2 Here the signal is transmitted and received using RF transmitting and receiving modules. For various indicating purpose we use different types of LCD such as warning LED to glow while the buzzer buzzes and the power LED to indicate the status of the module whether it is in ON or OFF state. The main component of our project is Intel Galileo Gen-2 board which is used in Adruinio programming platform as shown in Fig. 1. The speciality of this board is that it can be used as a PC after installing an OS through SD card. It also has some special features that it can be connected to LAN and access internet, it has 20 digital pins which can be used as input/output and 6PWM output pins. We can also connect USB cable to it to transfer programming to it. It works with a power supply of 7-15V DC input. The coding IC HT12E is a 18 pin IC as shown in Fig. 2 mostly used for Radio Applications. The main purpose of this IC is to convert parallel input to serial output. It has 8 address pins and 4 dat a pins, used as an encoder. It has an active low enable pin and works on the voltage level of 2.4-12V. Which does the opposite process on the coding IC. Operates at the voltage level same as coding IC. The block diagram shows the components connection of both user and bus module. System development In a real environment, the interaction between visually impaired people and bus drivers are many-to-many relationship rather than a one-to-one. For technological simplicity, in our system we used a one-to-one interactive communication system. The collision of communication data over the one-to-one interactive wireless communication leads to the poor stability and low accuracy of wireless communication. The signal communicates through two distinct frequency bands: 434MHz and 315MHz. The interactive wireless communication system has two modules: a user module for the visually impaired (Fig. 4), and a bus module (Fig. 5) for bus drivers. The hardware was developed according to the interactive design. The user module consists of a wireless transmission module (434MHz), a wireless receiving module (315MHz). The bus module consists of a wireless transmission module (315MHz), a wireless receiving module (434MHz). When the user module sends out a signal, it is transmitted through the 434MHz band to the bus module, which then sends reply through the 315MHz band to the user module. In this way by using different frequencies for transmitting and receiving signals, the problem of wireless data collision between users is avoided. Outcome measure A basic requirement of this system is the wireless communication distance. If the wireless communication distances were shorter than buses stopping distances, conversely, if the wireless communication distance was too long, it was possible that the bus driver would have received the information from a waiting user too early. To avoid such situations, the maximum transmission distance of this system must be less than 100 meters. The outputs are displayed in an LCD which are taken snapshot for both transmitter in Fig. 5 and receiver in Fig. 6. 5.1. The company has two major headquarters in North America, one in Burnaby, British Colombia and a second in Cincinnati, Ohio. Loewen Group Inc. (L.G.I.) is the largest funeral services enterprise in Canada and is the second largest company in the North American Funeral Services Industry. L.G.I. owns 918 funeral homes and 269 cemeteries and also engages in the pre-need selling of funeral services including cemetery and cremation services. The company strives on respecting its Eagle Principle, which is displayed on the first page of its 1995 Annual Report: "To soar to heights of possibilities one needs two equally healthy, strong wings - one being that of people or service concerns, the other that of responsible planning and fiscal management. It is the balance of these wings that enables the eagle to soar beyond all heights"1 In 1995, the company defended itself against two major lawsuits, as well as continued to negotiate acquisition agreements.
